Begging & Pleading
OK, I had to scrap the old template. After chatting with a few other people with the same one and the same problems, I came to the conclusion that it just wasn't worth the trouble. So voila...new template.
Now I just want to know....why is my "About Me" box at the bottom? What have I done wrong THIS time? Anyone? PLEASE?????

Thanks, Becca! I'm glad the "About Me" box was on top for you...it's still on the bottom for me. Maybe a Blogger burp, I wonder?
Wild Goose Guess: My understanding of the main section and the sidebar is that they have to be sized so as to allow them to "fit" the screen when side by side. You CAN change those margin dimensions if you thought that was the problem. Check with becca and see if her screen size is larger than yours and mine. (Measure it exactly on the diagonal and be sure you know; don't just accept the size that's written on the papers somewhere.)
I recently copied someone's entire "source" code, altered the template in an html editor, and made the blog "fit" my screen instead of being slightly too "wide".
In your case, I'm judging by how the margins look at the bottom of the posts where it nearly lines up with the top of the sidebar. I might be reaching a wrong decision, but it makes me think there's slightly too much overlap and the sidebar CAN'T fit at all until it gets below the posts. The sidebar can't be at the top with the first posts until some margin size or font-size is made slightly smaller. This occurred to me in a flash, so does it make any kind of sense to you?
The appearance of this template is good, except for the obvious old-hat trick it's doing.
